Shade Sails
Our Shade Sails are made to measure using quality materials and workmanship.
They offer an attractive alternative to a flat roof. They are ideal for patios, pools, entertaining areas and anything to meet your requirements. Our sails are hemmed using stainless steel wire to help tension at time of installation thus having it firm & tight so as to reduce wind-flap.
We have had no problems using this design over the years & have actually found it to help strength wise and reduce stretching. Nevertheless we work to our customers requirements so if you prefer to use a webbing edge this can also be done. Unless specified we use stainless steel turnbuckles & fittings for all sails/covers.

When cleaning the shadecloth, we recommend the use of a mild dish washing liquid with the use of a low pressure water hose and a soft scrubbing brush. We do not recommend the use of high pressure water, to blast the fabric clean.
PVC materials …
PVC materials such as Ferrari 502 & Serge Ferrari STAM 6002 are suitable for a variety of applications from Shade Sails, Blinds, Awnings, Umbrellas & Canopies. It is a woven polyester base cloth with a weldable PVC Coating.
It carries a 5 Year warranty against UV break down & with 22-40 colours to choose from to give a greater freedom of choice to complement current architectural designs. Manufactured using the patented Ferrari Précontraint® technology ensures superior strength and stability enabling 502 to maintain its shape and perform in demanding and frequent use.
